That means you'll never hear "you need a crown" without understanding why. You'll see your own X-rays. You'll get options — not a sales pitch. And if something can wait, we'll tell you that too.
We handle everything from routine cleanings to complex implant cases, all under one roof. No referrals for implants, no bouncing between offices, no surprises on your bill.

Preventive Care
Cleanings, exams, digital X-rays, and fluoride treatments. We catch problems early so they stay small.
Dental Implants
Missing teeth replaced permanently, start to finish. Dr. Ishal places and restores implants in-house using 3D imaging and guided surgery. No referral needed.
Invisalign
Straight teeth without metal brackets. Custom-planned with digital scanning for a precise, comfortable fit.
Restorative Dentistry
Fillings, crowns, bridges, veneers, and dentures. We fix what's broken and make it look natural.
Oral Surgery
Extractions, wisdom teeth, and bone grafting — performed on-site, not referred out.

A Few Things That Make Us Different
We explain everything. Not because we have to — because we think you deserve to understand your own treatment. Sixty-six patient reviews specifically mention how well we communicate. It's not a marketing angle. It's just how we practice.
Implants are done here, not referred out. Dr. Ishal places and restores implants in-house using CBCT 3D imaging and guided surgical placement. One office, one doctor, one plan from consultation to final crown.
Evening hours for people who work. We're open Sunday, Monday, Wednesday, Thursday: 11am–7pm. No need to take time off.
Right at the train. We're at 33-18 Broadway, Astoria, NY 11106 — directly at the Broadway N/W station. Walk down the stairs and you're at our door.
Insurance & Payment
We accept most major dental plans and are a participating provider for CSEA Employee Benefit Fund (EBF). We also work with MetLife, Aetna, Guardian, Cigna, and Ameritas through our network affiliations.
We verify your benefits before your visit and submit claims electronically — no paperwork for you.
